Unreasonable treatment

Hi, good morning. My name is Roland and I am retired, aged 73.
I am a regular customer of Wisteria BK. This morning, a slim Malay woman manager confronted me, telling me my dry skin had dropped over the place where I sit. I apologized, having a psoriasis problem. She told me she would not allow me to dine at BK Wisteria anymore.
I told her I pay for every meal and if anything needs my attention, just let me know. I will try to manage. She put on a disgusting face. Over the counter, another Malay staff member overheard the lecturing.
She came and talked to me, telling me one of her friends has the same problem and will bring ointment for me to use. What a nice person! For more than 3 years, about 5 days a week, I eat my breakfast/lunch at BK Wisteria.
All the other BK staff at this outlet are wonderful. I am sorry to air my feelings.

Today, I ate there. When I received the food and ate it, the onion texture feel like different.
It is like plastic.
Then the thing cannot tell. Meat not nice, no taste.
Preferred solution: Compression.

She forgot to include my pack of nuggets in my takeaway. I was almost home when I discovered the nuggets were missing and had to take the trouble to go to go back to the store.
The staff was not apologetic and gave a blank look.
She found a packet of nuggets lying there on the counter and that's when she realised what I was talking about. This is not acceptable!
If BK us serious about improving its service, it should focus more in training and supervision of service staff at all it's outlets.

That is my only meal besides my regular oats meal in the morning. At ECP today, 11:57. My body system is very sensitive; any 'unclean' intake, within an hour, I will have diarrhoea.

I ordered the BBQ Bacon burger which wasn't hot either.
However, your staff were kind, and they help me convey my burger request to the cook. The $1 burger doesn't have options like requesting no mayonnaise.

- Plaza Singapura didn't have it; staff said breakfast is weekend-only and no site notice.
Bacon croissant w/ egg has been my comfort breakfast for the longest time! Was highly disappointed when I was unable to find it on the menu when I came to the Plaza Singapura branch this morning.
Has there been a change? I was told by the staff that this is only served on weekends here!
I searched on BK website for the nearest BK outlet to have my favourite bfast in town and so here I am, @ Plz Singapura but only to be badly disappointed.
There was no indication at all even on BKs official website that bfast is served only on weekends, thats really a shame.
If this is the new practice, then a line should be included on your official website, thats the least BK can do for their BK fans.

It looks like that particular Burger King isn’t even open during breakfast hours. Monday-Friday.
They open at 10am. On Saturday and Sunday they open at 8:30am.

Junior meal toy

Awesome customer service
- Meals were packed and labeled, saving time; area set aside and cups provided for drinks.
Minds - Towner Gardens School had planned to bring our sports CCA to Coastal Play grove Burger King on the 1st of August 2024. I had done a prior recce and had arranged to contact Azmi who was on duty and kindly give me his number.
We had sent them our orders for the students for the morning group and afternoon group of students and also sent the teachers orders that we had tabulated thinking they will just mass pack altogether.
We were amazed that they individually packed each set of for each teacher and labelled the names on each pack. This saved us about half an hour sorting the food when we went back as we all rushing to attend to our classes. They were so nice they set aside an area for us and gave us small cups for our students to share the drinks.
In the morning session one of our students had a meltdown and the staff were nice enough to still have him in the restaurant although he was making a lot of noise.
Azmi, and all the burger king staff at Coastal PlayGrove were so helpful, they even gave us the afternoon lunch menu even though when we ordered in the morning it was not lunch time and individually packed lunch with name labelled was such a nice gesture.
They were also so accommodating to our special needs students. Our students would not have enjoyed themselves so much without the awesome staff at burger king coastal playgrove.
So sorry that this review came 4-5 months late but we were so busy but it was always on our minds to do it!
